Phillies Offer Alex Bohm for Shohei Ohtani in Trade Talks

The Philadelphia Phillies recently offered disgruntled 3B Alex Bohm for Shohei Ohtani in trade talks with the Los Angeles Dodgers, sources tell Fax Sports.

The Dodgers hung up the phone immediately.

"That was a dealbreaker," said Dodgers President of Baseball Operations Andrew Friedman. "Maybe we pull the trigger if it's Muncy instead of Shohei. I don't know."

The Dodgers cited Bohm's attitude and "lack of game" as additional reasons for passing on the trade.

"I just don't get it," said Phillies GM Dave Dombrowski. "Alex has great hair and was really good for a few games in the 2022 postseason."

Bohm could not be reached for comment, but reportedly hates it in Philly even more.
